Memberships

We prefer to keep this a community space, where you can find an open machine and keep focused on your workout. We offer a limited number of gym memberships, group classes, and hybrid membership options for you to choose from. Choose which works best for you, and enjoy self-guided access to a private workout space.

Members enjoy open access to the gym from 4:00am to midnight, 7 days a week.

Standard membership grants gym-goers access to the gym during non-peak hours, Monday - Friday 8am--midnight and 4am - midnight on weekends.

Standard Membership - $99

Premium membership grants gym goers access to the gym 4am-midnight, 7 days a week. We offer this option to a limited number of members to keep crowding during peak morning hours to a minimum.

GROUP CLASSES - Starting May 14th!

We offer a unique blend of strength training and Pilates designed to help you build muscle, prevent injury, and stay strong for the long haul.

As we age, creating a solid foundation is key. It’s not just about how we look, but how well we’re built to move, carry, and live. Through a supportive and empowering community, we’ll train smart, move intentionally, and grow stronger—together.

These sessions are open to all skill levels.

Classes are offered:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 12 noon

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 am
