Memberships
We’re committed to keeping this a true community space—quiet, focused, and never overcrowded. That’s why we offer a limited number of gym memberships, group classes, and hybrid options, so you can choose what works best for you.
All members enjoy self-guided access to a private, well-equipped workout space, 7 days a week—including holidays. To help keep you inspired, we also provide a daily workout on screens throughout the gym.
Standard membership grants gym-goers access to the gym during non-peak hours, Monday - Friday 8am--midnight and 4am - midnight on weekends.
Standard Membership = $99
Premium Membership = $149*
Premium membership grants gym goers access to the gym 4am-midnight, 7 days a week. We offer this option to a limited number of members to keep crowding during peak morning hours to a minimum.

We’re moving beyond drop-in workouts and building something more meaningful: structured programs designed to help you grow stronger, stay consistent, and feel supported every step of the way.
Each small-group meets twice a week. This is your team. You’ll train together, encourage each other, and show up month after month with a shared purpose.
As a team, you’ll get:
Twice-weekly training in a small, supportive group.
Complementary online programing for individualized support.
Body composition check-ins (optional) to support your personal goals.
Discounted monthly gym membership (optional add on).
A built-in community to hold you accountable and cheer you on.

Booty Bootcamp is a high-energy program designed to help you strengthen, sculpt, and lift your lower body, all while keeping you accountable and having fun along the way!
Here’s how it works:
Weekly Booty Bootcamp Class:
Meet weekly for a 60-minute circuit-style workout with Coach Jenn through a series of exercises that target those glutes. You’ll learn proper form, muscle building techniques, including progressive overload to help you see and feel those results!
Partner Up for Progress:
You’ll be paired with a workout partner and encouraged to train together 2 additional times per week — performing the same exercises learned in class to reinforce progress and stay motivated.
Accountability & Community:
Your partner workouts will be accessible for online access and tracking, so your coach and community will always be with you! We share wins, stay inspired, and track our consistency, supporting each other, swapping selfies, and celebrating progress together as we go!Discounted monthly gym membership (optional add on).
