We’re committed to keeping this a true community space—quiet, focused, and never overcrowded. That’s why we offer a limited number of gym memberships, group classes, and hybrid options, so you can choose what works best for you.
All members enjoy self-guided access to a private, well-equipped workout space, 7 days a week—including holidays. To help keep you inspired, we also provide a daily workout on screens throughout the gym.
Standard membership grants gym-goers access to the gym during non-peak hours, Monday - Friday 8am--midnight and 4am - midnight on weekends.

Premium membership grants gym goers access to the gym 4am-midnight, 7 days a week. We offer this option to a limited number of members to keep crowding during peak morning hours to a minimum.

GROUPS
The FIRST REP + POWER HOUR - $242
We’re moving beyond drop-in workouts and building something more meaningful: structured programs designed to help you grow stronger, stay consistent, and feel supported every step of the way.
Each small-group meets twice a week. This is your team. You’ll train together, encourage each other, and show up month after month with a shared purpose.
As a team, you’ll get:
Twice-weekly training in a small, supportive group
Periodic Fitness assessments to track real progress
Strength benchmarks to monitor gains and celebrate how far you’ve come
Body composition check-ins (optional) to support your personal goals
Occasional workshops or fitness challenges to keep things fresh and fun
Discounted monthly gym membership (optional add on)
A built-in community to hold you accountable and cheer you on

Built to Last (FOR SENIORS)- $180
This small-group class is designed specifically for seniors who want to regain strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies—all in a safe, supportive environment.
We meet twice a week in a consistent group (your cohort), so you can build not just muscle, but also connection, accountability, and motivation. Every 4-week cycle includes:
Strength and mobility-focused training tailored to your needs
Fitness assessments and strength benchmarks to track progress
Optional body composition check-ins to support your personal goals
A built-in support system to cheer you on and keep you going
Whether you’re returning to movement after time away, recovering from injury, or simply want to stay strong and active as you age, this program meets you where you are—and helps you grow from there.
