Memberships

We’re committed to keeping this a true community space—quiet, focused, and never overcrowded. That’s why we offer a limited number of gym memberships, group classes, and hybrid options, so you can choose what works best for you.

All members enjoy self-guided access to a private, well-equipped workout space, 7 days a week—including holidays. To help keep you inspired, we also provide a daily workout on screens throughout the gym.

Standard membership grants gym-goers access to the gym during non-peak hours, Monday - Friday 8am--midnight and 4am - midnight on weekends.

Standard Membership = $99

Premium Membership = $149*

Premium membership grants gym goers access to the gym 4am-midnight, 7 days a week. We offer this option to a limited number of members to keep crowding during peak morning hours to a minimum.

GROUPS

Power HOUR = $242

We’re moving beyond drop-in workouts and building something more meaningful: structured programs designed to help you grow stronger, stay consistent, and feel supported every step of the way.

Each small-group meets twice a week. This is your team. You’ll train together, encourage each other, and show up month after month with a shared purpose.

As a team, you’ll get:

  • Twice-weekly training in a small, supportive group.

  • Complementary online programing for individualized support.

  • Body composition check-ins (optional) to support your personal goals.

  • Discounted monthly gym membership (optional add on).

  • A built-in community to hold you accountable and cheer you on.

We’re here to help you build a routine that sticks because lasting change happens when you're part of something bigger than just a class.
