Pam Totah

Pam is passionate about empowering others to take control of their health and well-being. Her journey began with a desire to heal personal health concerns and injuries, and to grow stronger and fitter with age. Through this process, she discovered the profound impact that exercise and nutrition have not only on her physical health but also on her mental and emotional well-being.

Before stepping into the world of fitness, Pam spent years working in education, international development, and program management—always with a focus on supporting people through growth and change. With a degree in Child and Adolescent Development, she brings a thoughtful, real-world approach to coaching that connects body, mind, and lifestyle, especially when it comes to helping clients build healthy, lasting habits.

Pam focuses on enabling clients to understand, advocate for, and love their bodies through tailored fitness programs and simple, effective nutrition guidance. Her approach emphasizes realistic lifestyle changes that support holistic health and foster a balanced and energized life.

PAIGE BENJAMIN

Paige brings a unique blend of creativity, mindfulness, and movement to Chain Reaction. Her journey began at San Francisco State University, where she studied Art Education before running a successful floral and event design company for over 20 years. Along the way, she discovered the transformational power of yoga and never looked back.

At Chain Reaction, Paige leads senior fitness classes, group programs, and personal training sessions. She’s known for her holistic and heart-centered coaching style, helping clients find strength, balance, and resilience in both body and mind. Whether she’s guiding a group class or working one-on-one, Paige meets you where you are, designing personalized plans that honor your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

Above all, Paige believes that community and connection are the foundation of lasting health and wellness.

STEVE BOLOGNA

Steve has been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer since 2004 and brings nearly two decades of experience to our community. Over the years, he’s worked with people of all ages and fitness levels at top Bay Area and Los Angeles clubs, including UCSF (Parnassus), S.F. Bay Club, Pacific Athletic Club, and Spectrum Athletic Clubs. He’s also coached through specialized programs like Rise Above Performance Training and FitMob/ClassPass.

He has also served as a Kaiser Circuit Instructor and an IMPACT Trainer with the San Francisco Bay Club, where he specialized in working with clients navigating a cancer diagnosis.

His specialties include strength and conditioning, functional training, kettlebells, and plyometrics, but what truly makes Steve stand out is his ability to meet clients where they are and help them find what’s possible. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move with ease, or simply build a healthier routine, Steve knows how to create training that sparks progress and keeps you motivated.
