YOUTH SUMMER FITNESS SERIES

Since we opened, we’ve seen a growing number of parents reach out with concern. Their teen has started working out—often from TikTok, YouTube, or a friend's advice—but they’re unsure if they’re doing it safely. Others are watching their child battle body image issues, obsess over weight or appearance, or lose confidence because they developed a warped understanding of what “healthy” is supposed to look and feel like.

This summer, we’re offering a program designed specifically to meet those teens where they are—and to give them the knowledge, tools, and support they need to feel strong, capable, and proud of their bodies.

What they’ll learn

We’ll cover the fundamentals of nutrition and fitness training, how to perform exercises safely and effectively, including:

  • How to build muscle and develop a balanced, resilient body

  • What different types of exercise do and how to use them based on their own goals

  • Basic nutrition concepts to support growth, performance, and energy without obsessing over food

  • How to listen to their bodies, move with intention, and avoid injury

  • Strategies for developing a healthy mindset and a strong sense of self-worth

What makes this program different

We don’t just teach sets and reps—we teach confidence. We create a body-positive, non-competitive space where teens can ask questions, try new things, and get stronger—physically and mentally.

Every participant receives a one-on-one meeting before the program starts so we can:

  • Get to know them and their goals

  • Assess their current fitness level

  • Tailor the program to meet their needs

  • Ensure each teen starts from the right place and feels seen, supported, and set up for success.


PROGRAM DETAILS

This program is for teens ages 13 and up. (If you have a teen or child younger than 13, please contact us for more information on private training sessions.)

These 90 minute sessions will be offered twice a week for 6 weeks. Choose from:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 3pm

  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 3pm

Groups will be limited to 8 per session, so sign up early to hold your space!

Small group training ensures personalized attention and a welcoming environment. Spots are limited to keep groups small, tailored, and impactful.
